What’s so great about the Pulped Natural Arabica Micro Lot Coffee by My Coffee Café

Pulped Natural Arabica Micro Lot Coffee

You have either tasted a natural or washed processed coffee in your whole life and for most of us, our taste in coffee is limited in these two processes only. However, my coffee café brings an exotic range of coffee beans, which has gone through some hybrid processes, offering a brew, you can deny.

One of such exotic and traditional process is known as the Pulped natural process. Called initially ‘Cereja Descascada’ by the Brazilians, the method involves peeling the skin of the beans before drying them. In general, the technique falls amidst the natural and washed process, but the results it offers is remarkable and worth your every investment.

Natural Process: Beans are sundried along with the skin

Wet or Washed Process: Beans are skinned and washed till all the pulp get washed in the process and are dried after that.

In the Pulped Natural Arabica Micro Lot Coffee, the coffee cherries are sun-fried while the mucilage of the pulps is still attached to the cherries. The pulped cherries are known for its high nutrition values as it contains high-quality potassium, fiber as well as energy-boosting caffeine.
In the honey washed coffee process, when the coffee beans are skinned and cleaned with the pulp intact. Then the beans are left to ferment for a specific period and then are sun-dried. The process leads to the formation of a sweeter and mellow flavor.

Pulped natural coffees are often held higher as close as royalty. The consistent aroma with a fruity hint makes Pulped Natural coffee one of the most coveted coffee beans in the world. As the process is quite rare and requires skilled expertise, you may have to shed a few little to capture the exotic aroma inside your cup.

My Café Coffee offers high-quality Pulped Natural Arabica Micro Lot Coffee which involves the traditional hand-picked process from local farmers. All the Grade AA beans are grown organically at the Bababudangiri Hills - Chikmagalur, Karnataka with an altitude of 4650 Feet above sea level.
